We can advise you on whether your project requires planning permission and assist with the process. For most bathroom and kitchen renovations, planning permission is not required. For extensions, loft conversions and structural changes, we will guide you through the requirements.

We typically require a deposit to secure your start date, with staged payments throughout the project based on milestones. The full payment schedule is detailed in your written quote before any work begins. We never ask for full payment upfront.

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. We provide a written guarantee on our labour and work closely with you to ensure you're completely satisfied before the project is signed off. We also only use quality materials from trusted suppliers.
